PHS Baseball takes 3rd Place in State!

The Pawnee HS baseball team won regional, sectional, and supersectional titles to qualify for the IHSA Class 1A State Tournament. The baseball team made history by becoming the first Pawnee High School team in any sport to make it to a State Tournament. The baseball squad lost in the semifinals, but came back to beat Lexington 9-4 Saturday to claim a 3rd place finish in the IHSA Class 1A Baseball State Tournament. Pawnee finished with a 25-14 record on the season.
