Jr. Beta Club's Charity Week

​​​​​​​October 29-November 1 (grades K-8)

Monday, Oct. 28- Pajama Day! Wear your pajamas to make dreams your dreams and wishes come true.

Tuesday, Oct. 29-Blue Day!  Dress in blue to show your support for Make a Wish.

Wednesday, Oct. 30- Toy Story Day! You've got a friend in me, now be a friend to a fellow animal in shelters. Dress up as your favorite Toy Story character.

Thursday, Oct.31- Star Day! Wish upon a STAR, dress up as your favorite celebrity star. 

Friday, Nov. 1- Pet Day! Bring your STUFFED furry friend to support the Animal Protective League.

Suggested Donation:  $1 each day you dress up

Each day Junior Beta Club members will be in the classrooms to collect donations.

All donations will be split between the Make a Wish Foundation and the Animal Protective League.

The Make-A-Wish is a 501 nonprofit organization founded in the United States that creates life-changing wishes for children with a critical illness who have reached the age of 2 1/2 and are younger than 18 at the time of referral.

For over 50 years, the Animal Protective League has been the voice for animals in Springfield and Sangamon County. APL operates a shelter for sick, injured, abused, and abandoned dogs and cats, along with comprehensive animal-welfare programs. It operates entirely by donations.
