Thursday:             Finals – Periods 1-2-5-6

                             8^th Grade Pizza in the Park (lunch/homeroom & 5^th hour)

                             7^th Grade Krekels (lunch/homeroom)

Friday:                 Finals – Periods 3-4-7-8

 

General:

Sign up for the softball game is posted outside Mrs. Harris’ door. Students who wish to stay inside and watch a movie need to sign up on the sheet by Mrs. Ervin’s door.

Event Schedule for Tuesday is as follows:

8:15-8:55              Students report to their homerooms, locker check and clean out

9:00-9:30              Senior video in the auditorium

9:30                      Student proceed to the movie or the softball game

10:45                    Movie students outside

10:00-11:45          Faculty/Student Softball Game and cookout

Finals begin today and according to the Student Handbook page 31 under the section title Semester Exams, students must be present at the beginning of the scheduled exam period to receive any credit.  Students will be denied admittance to the exam room and will not be allowed to take the exam if they are not present when the exam class session begins.  So set your alarms and be on time!

This is the last full week of school! Please make sure that you have your locks for your lockers, all library books are turned in and overdue fines paid, all lunch accounts are current and all woodshop project fees are paid.

Reminder to band members: take your instruments home and pay all band fees.

Extra Curricular:

FCA meeting Tuesday, May 28 at 8:05 in Mr. Duenas’s room.

Sports:

Softball Players: Uniforms are due back today! See Mr. Duenas if you cannot turn it in today.

Any 8th grader interested in playing softball for the 2013-2014 school year, please see Mr. Duenas some time before school ends on Tuesday.

Reminder to all high school volleyball and girls’ basketball players: Please turn in your AthletiCare jump training fee by May 24.
