If your child will be starting kindergarten for the 26/27 school year, please complete the Google Form below by March 11th to begin the pre-registration process.

Please note: The following items will be required for enrollment in July:
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency
• Physical & Immunization Records
• Vision Exam (due by 10/15)
• Dental Exam (due by 5/15)
