Teacher Vacancies for Pawnee School District

Sangamon Area Special Education District is seeking applicants for the
following positions for the 20-21 School Year:
Early Childhood Teacher-Early Childhood Education Approval

Junior High/High School Industrial Arts Position

 

Pawnee High School is seeking highly qualified industrial arts applicants for the 2020-2021 school year. Duties include teaching high school industrial arts courses which do include CAD.  Several updates have been made to the shop including welders and automated woodworking and metal drilling machines. 
 
Candidate must hold a valid Illinois Secondary Teaching Certificate with proper endorsements or be working to becoming certified with ISBE.  The 2019/2020 starting salary for a BS with no experience is $42,021 (including TRS). The 2020/2021 starting salary will be higher as we are currently negotiating a contract extension.
