Jump Rope for Heart
Students at Pawnee Elementary School surpassed their fundraising goal of $10,000 this year for the American Heart Association's Jump Rope for Heart. The total raised was $13,000. It was the largest amount ever raised by the Pawnee School District. The top fundraiser, kindergarten student Max Motter, was responsible for bringing in $1,000, the largest amount ever raised by one student!! Laura Mohn and Autumn Cummings tied for second place bringing in $380. In honor of reaching their goal, the top 7 students earned the opportunity to duct tape principal, Mrs. Cline, to the wall and silly string her!
