07/05/2011 Dave, Sharon & Bryce, Our deepest sympathies and endless thoughts & prayers are with you at this difficult time. The loss of a child has to be one of the most difficult & painful things we must endure during our time here on earth. While we did not know Blake personally, just listening to the kids speak of him & reading the many Facebook posts these past few days has educated us on how well loved he was and how very much he will be missed. Our thoughts & prayers will continue to be with you on the days, weeks & months ahead. May God comfort you with His love and the many wonderful memories of Blake.

07/05/2011 Dave, Sharon, and Bryce, To all of you...may you find comfort in each other and in your loving family and friends...Blake: God saw you getting tired, earthly peace was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered "Come To Me". With teaful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, weary body now at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best! RIP Blake! You will be sorely missed by multitudes!!!

07/05/2011 Dear Jones Family, I went to ISU with Blake and was his dorm roommate his freshman year. Blake had a lasting positive impact with all those that had the pleasure and honor to be his friend. Go with God my friend and watch over your family and friends.

07/05/2011 Jones family, I can not begin to express my deepest sympathy to your family. I also went to college with Blake. We met freshman year and lived on the same floor. And remained friends even after leaving school. I will never forget the fun times we had. He was the most loyal cubs fan, and we even road tripped to florida in 2003. He was so proud to live in Pawnee too. I remember driving there for a day. He knew almost everybody in the town. Which goes to show exactly how many lives he impacted. He was a great friend, a great listener, and someone to look up to. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. He will be missed.

07/05/2011 For the past two days, I’ve been trying to find the words to express just how sorry I am for your loss, but at a time like this I’m sorry just doesn’t seem like enough… I met Blake our freshman year at ISU. He was an amazing person and a great friend. He always had a way of making me smile when I was feeling down. I’ll never forget all the great memories I had with Blake, and I feel so lucky to have called him a friend. Blake impacted my life more than he ever knew. He will be missed forever and for always.
