2018 Calendar Letter

Dear Pawnee Parents,

I cannot believe April is almost here. The school year has gone very quickly. I hope each of you get to enjoy our upcoming spring break and the time off allows you to enjoy quality family time. Thank you for your support of the Pawnee Schools. I am writing this quick note to update you on the end of the year and how the calendar has changed. We have used one emergency day as of today. We will make that day up at the end of the school year. I have listed the changes to the calendar below.  I have also highlighted dates for the 2018-2019 school year. If you have any questions, please contact the school.

Spring Break: March 30-April 8      Classes Resume: April 9

May 23 is a full attendance day

May 24 is a teacher institute day- students do not attend

May 25 is a Noon Dismissal (End of the school year)

 

2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR:

August 14, 2018                                      First day for students 

Thanksgiving Break                               11/21-23/18

Christmas Break                                    12/24/18-1/7/19        Classes resume 1/8/19

Spring Break                                          4/15-4/22/19             Classes resume 4/23/19

Tentative last day of school                   5/24/19
