Springfield Clinic Sports Medicine is offering FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS for athletes going into 10th, 11th, and 12th grades for the 2016-2017 school year.
When: Saturday, May 14th from 8-10 a.m.
Where: Springfield Clinic 1st 800 Building
Please remember that all athletes must have a parent/guardian present.
